A Czech delegation led by representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic participated in the Rebuild Ukraine 2024 international trade fair and conference in Warsaw, Poland, on 13 and 14 November 2024. It is one of the most important events of the year focusing on the reconstruction of Ukraine. Companies from key industries were presented at the fair. Among the exhibitors were a total of 11 Czech companies: GRITEC s.r.o., ComAp Group, TEDOM a.s., Enkom a.s., GENTEC CHP s.r.o., Parabel s.r.o., Promstal Engineering s.r.o., THERMONA spol. s.r.o., AMiT, spol. s.r.o., MOSTÁRNA Lískovec spol. s.r.o., ComAP a.s., RD Rýmařov s.r.o., PRESSKAN system, a.s. and two associations: Czech Extraction and Mining Technology Association, Czech Water Alliance. These companies presented their products and services that can contribute to the modernization and stabilization of Ukraine’s infrastructure. Czech CHP units, which are one of the important technologies for the renewal of the energy network in Ukraine, have aroused great interest. Czech companies dominate in the supply of CHP units to Ukraine, having delivered almost a hundred of them since the beginning of the war. And Czech companies are working on other deliveries. The event was personally participated in by: Tomáš Kopečný – Government Commissioner for the Reconstruction of Ukraine, David Müller – Director General of the EU and Foreign Trade Section of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Martin Pospíšil – Director of the Department of European Countries of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Together, they provided support to Czech companies in negotiations with Ukrainian partners and representatives of other countries. The Rebuild Ukraine 2024 fair confirmed the importance of Czech industry in the reconstruction of Ukraine. The participation of Czech companies in this event demonstrates not only the high level of Czech technology, but also the determination to contribute to the reconstruction of the country affected by the war conflict. The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic will continue to support the involvement of Czech companies in international projects that strengthen their competitiveness and contribute to the development of key markets.
